svp 99p postage weekend(orders£30+)

Great prices but their service leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered a few things that came to £14. They emailed me to say I had to pay full postage and do I want to cancel (I assumed the order value would automatically choose the right delivery charge) . I say yes and will order later with value >£30. Do order later, as in an hour later. Guess what - numerous emails to say cancel and don't ship first order, don't debit my card and .... You guessed. Now I have to reject the goods, hopefully the right parcel, and wait for my refund. Sunday morning I rejected the first order and they shipped it Monday. Why was it so difficult to do
as I asked. Another company that is great until you have a problem. First time experience has been too painful.

If anyone has any more problems ordering I suggest you try in the early hours - I ordered at 6AM, the site was fast and responsive.

also if you login (top right of page) with dvdforums/liteon you get a small discount on most products
