just been to tesco...got slightly confused as i thought 1.18 came off per each carton forgetting each carton scans at 59p but still a great deal.

Bought £30.94 worth of shopping (including the price of the tomotoes-12 cartons) and took off 14.16 for the tomoatoes and after other discounts leaving me £14.07 to pay....great deal.

works on all varieties too so basil and ovlive oil and chilly,

this worked at half 3ish today

Is anyone buying 'large' amounts at the 'manned' checkouts,as our Mr T's doesn't have ss tills :(

Anybody been to the Reading stores please

Yep, 'bought' 3 packs of 16 cartons (48 total) and used a manned check-out.

    However I wish I hadn't.

The till assistant scanned the first carton in each pack, and multiplied by 16.
However, the 3rd pack he forgot to multiply by 16

Normally, i'd be very happy with this error - but in this instance it meant I was paid to take away the first 33 cartons, and the remaining 15 were 'only' free.

  • excellent :D

Well done - was the energy drink for carrying all those toms?:D
