    Does it normally take them a while to fix things like this?? I'm getting a .com delivery tommorrow and just worried I'm gonna be charged full price for everything!

    when ordering on line with my debit card they treid to take the full amount when ordering i though they didnt take payment till they dispatched

    But haven't you got them over a barrel if they take full payment. They have accepted your order at the price specified & payment taken so just need to deliver the goods.
