Many thanks
1 more thing - regarding the CCCS -
I beleive you make one payment to them and they distribute to your creditors - are they also able to make payments for your rent, council tax, utility bills wtc .ie send them one payment and they pay the lot? or is it just for loans, credit cards etc..........
Many thanks

It is just for the debts included in your DMP.
As to figures, im not to sure. They do vary on your circumstances.
But taking a stab at it
shopping (food, household stuff) - £60-100 per person, closer to the smaller figure the more people in the household.
Phone - Prefer landline or mobile not both, as low as possible say 15-20 although if tied into a contract already they should let you keep it rather than default on payments and add more debt
Entertainment - £10-30 a month
Clothes - £10, only buy new clothes when old ones are worn out
There is a CCCS topic at the top of the forum i would post in there.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
Many thanks, I just remember having a print out of acceptable trigger figures when completing a SOA - cant for the life of me find it !
Thanks Again0 -
Hi
If you complete the online debt remedy it will give you suggested amounts for many of those costs you mention (based on how many people you are completing the SOA for) -I'd start by looking there.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi - Tixy is right - the Debt Remedy gives their suggested figure which you can tweek a little - go to https://debtremedy.cccs.co.uk - just enter your details including debts and one of the pages istheir estimate figures for things like food, clothing, phone/internet, medical, fuel, car repairs, hairdressing, pets, hobbies/entertainment & emergencies
