                    Sorry another question!
I know people have said that OR does not take pets but just wanted to be sure. I could not stand to lose mine.
Also do they allow a amount for food vets bills etc.
I am just worrying about every thing.
mine are not pure breeds or anything but they do cost a bit to care for.

They wont take them unless they are very expensive or are used for business such as breeding.
They generally will allow for food but not vets bills, and will allow an amount appropriate for 1 or 2 pets not lots of themHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

But you are allowed to pay for more/extras/bills, as long as it comes out of any 'surplus' you are left with.Should the bankrupt maintain above average numbers of pets, or exotic pets requiring specialist food/care, he/she should be informed that the additional cost of funding the pet(s) must come from the amount of surplus income left with him/her after deduction of the assessed IPA/IPO contributionFree/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I know how you feel callywally.
I have a dog (pedigree), 3 cats (2 age 13 and 1 age 20) and a rabbit and I couldn't bear with having to part with any of them - they help to keep me going.0 -
I have 2 pedigree dogs, the OR had no interest in them at all. They will not take your pets,so no worry.0
