Next time buyer - porting mortgages/95%ltv/options????

Hi, I'm looking for some advice.....
I currently have a mortgage with Natwest, outstanding balance is around £97k. Our house is lkely to achieve £100k in the current market. We would like to buy a bigger house, but as we have such little equity not sure what our options are?
We have managed to save about 7k towards a deposit. The houses we are looking at are in the £150k/£160k region.
If possible we would like to port our existing deal and take additional borrowing for the remainder.
Q1 - is there any 95% mortgages available?
Q2 - when you port your mortgage, for a 90% ltv mortgage do you have to have 10% deposit based on full property price or 10% deposit based on additional borrowing amount?
Thanks in advance
