Isn't it a way to get out of EA fee's if you decide you don't want to sell...ie if it doesn't sell within a time period you don't have to pay any fee's and can get out of the contract??

Not quite the 10% increase, this one has been on for over a year and they have also increased the price.

That is their choice and they are probably hoping for someone to come along with the cash........but do they really think anyone will offer over £250k for it , whether it was on for £259K or £269K
