Not sure if this is of use to anyone but after a few google searches I found a firm of solicitors offering free legal advice on defending bank claims and contract disputes. Don't know how long its running for.
Can't post a link as I'm new but found them on google after searching 'Bank claim defence'.
It's been handy for me as I'm being sued

Also worth checking with your mortgage provider (if you have one) they often provide free legal advice, this is their way of helping to protect their investment :T
This "free"cover normally includes all types of disputes, even if its problem with a neighbor/product/work ect..0
