Tribunal and Data Protection???

Can't believe it just been through tribunal paperwork and seen pwc has been given my (nrpp) NI number, full name, dob, bank account no and sort code. Also my childrens full names and DOB's. Absolutely horrified as there is a history of her/her elder children opening fraudulent accounts (catologues/mail order etc) in my name and phoning SS impersonateing me etc. Is there anything I can do about this? Surely my personal details are not relevant to OH's csa case and should be covered by the DPA?

I would have thought at the very least that your NI number, date of birth, account details etc would be blanked out in her paper bundle. That is normally what happens. Your bundle will have those details visible but hers shouldn't.0

 though I cant say i'm surprised, its a thread we see often round here. This is absolutely disgraceful if any other organisation did this they would be in a whole heap of trouble for it, not so the csa.
Make sure you kick up a fuss about it. Keep kicking up a fuss too, though its not the point you may be due compensation for this gross negligence if you are make sure you get it.
You have my sympathy anyone having those details is bad enough but the fkin pwc  the csa know there can be antaganism in most of their cases they dont seem to care and worse still they seem to be un accountable for their actions. It what it looks like to me.0 -

Thanks - maybe I can stop fretting now, hadn't thought that they would edit seperately - look like photocopies so I just assumed they would have edited before running off the copies.
But then as they haven't blanked anything on her details either perhaps they just haven't bothered to do any, I don't know what they are supposed to remove they've left in her address and mobile and home phone numbers are they supposed to send them to the nrp, I can imagine that many pwc wouldn't want this info sent?0 -
Contact Information Commissioner Offic, they were very helpful and efficient in our Data Protection case with CSA, also request financial redress from CSA0

In our recent Tribunal bundle, this is how I traced dd, they left PWC address in despite her stating she wanted her address to remain confidentail and case editing, they are useless, but in a dangerous way0
