Hi following advice from on here I have subbed to NACSA to get help with tribunal, I made payment online on Thurs evening does anyone know how long its likely to take for them to send me user ID etc. Thanks.

Hiya, it won't take long, few days in the post but you can get telephone support immediately. I will warn you that when you do telephone them you don't usually get someone answering the phone and need to leave a messagae, but they get back to you as soon as they can. It sometimes takes a day. I find its helpful to contact them by email.
Once you do get through to an advisor, they will give you their undivided attention and are very knowledgeable!
If you don't get through the first time, make a list of questions to have on hand for when they call you back.0 -
Thanks, I'll start making a list and try giving them a ring on Tuesday. Since I know we've declared the true facts and all the things shes alledging simply aren't true I'm think things will be ok but after all I've read I can't help but worry worry worry:( mainly that they will take her word as gospel and disregard the facts.0
