Kellogs - PI claim

Hi

my ex (NRP) is about to receive £120,000+ Personal Injury compensation 'inlieu of lost earnings', out of which the CSA will recover precisely £0 for CSA. He has not earned anything for last 4 years therefore paid no CSA for 4 years.

Is there anything I can do ??

thanks for comments

I don't think so, as it isn't earnings as such but compensation. Have you tried to appeal? Not to say that you should get your hopes up following this route as I'm pretty sure that it cannot be touched - the same as redundancy.
