RBS - I'm looking to join with others to take on the cynical and manipulative way RBS has handled my complaint about mortgages 
.
They handle over 72,000 complaints a year and know what they are doing - I am handling my one and only. I think they use their skill to cheat and abuse the system, incl FSA, and complainants and I would like to join with others to fight back. The FSA is investigating their processes.:)
Is there anyone out there with a similar drive???? I hope so! :T
