This is making me ill

I am in a bit of a tiz and could do with some advice please.
I have had an agreement with a bailiff for £30 per month, they have a walking possession order and I have been keeping up with payments ok.
I missed one payment as my daughter was ill and had to go to hospital, the bailiff came out and demanded £150 and after some work I was able to pay by cheque, my wages were late being paid as a result of an error at the office and so the cheque bounced.
He visited me on Thursday, while I was at work, leaving two letters, one default notice with a todays visit fee of £130 and a notice of intended removal of goods. I phoned him as soon as I got in and offered the £130 and he told me he actually needed £286, this is more than I am paid, so couldn't afford it.
He told me that he would be round at 6am on Friday to remove the goods, he didn't arrive but phoned to say he was running late and would be around by 8am. He again didn't arrive, I have not had a call, or a message left since.
I am now just waiting for Tuesday, I have suffered with Iritis due to stress within the past 12 months, and this is aggravating things, I can't eat, sleep and am very snappy towards the children.
This feels so unfair, just keeping me dangling like this. Is there anything I can do, or any advice anyone can give me, I would be so grateful.
Thank you in advance

SOA - Statement of affairs ie your income and expenditure. There's a calculator on the make sense of money website http://www.makesenseofcards.co.uk/soacalc.html

Can't offer any advice re bailiffs but someone will know.

    In the meantime (((hugs)))

SOA is not going to help you in such a short term, it looks at the long term goal.

Simply put you got a liability order or failed to pay a CCJ so a bailiff was issued, bailiffs are the last line in getting debtors to pay, these must be taken seriously and you should never let them in or miss any arranged payments. Since you have and they have a WPO then they can force entry to collect the goods to recover the current debt.

You are in an urgent asap position, As such you need to ring herbie to get the correct information on how to handle the situtation. - http://www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/ (phone number in contact us section)
But it is worth remembering she cant work miracles especially this far down the line when bailiffs have a gained peaceful entry, got a WPO, and you missed an arranged payment.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
