Can anyone give ne ideas on recipes & meal planning please? I need to cut a food bill for 3 people down from£385 (gulp) to about £250

£250 should be no problem at all - I do 4 people generally for IRO £160.

What type of meals do you eat, and what convenience products do you buy?

Giving us an idea of what you and your family eat and how it is made will mean it is easier to give you ideas on how to cut down.

£250 will be easy I feed 4 people, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs and 4 fish on £200 a month and that includes all toiletries, laundry and cleaning products.
