    Love the1 month old Henry..best hoover for the last 25 years, colud not get on with the bagless machine all that fluff and rinsing waiting for the filter to dry and so on

    I LOVE love love my Miele, and their service is the best I've ever experienced.....the only downer is it's greedy for bags....and genuine ones are dear:(

    Me too! Miele products always do a fantastric job and never ever go wrong. They may look more expensive when comparing headline prices but they're the most reliable and do the best job of any vacuum cleaners I've used, so ultimately they're excellent value in the long run
