Help with ongoing complaint

Hi my partner has had an ongoing case with the CSA for years, he recently won a tribunal how he is now having difficulty getting all the money owed to him, let alone any compo. He has written countless letters and spoke to so many different robots (oops sorry advisors) it is just a joke.:mad:
Can any one help with a chief exec name and address?
Thank you

The Child Support Agency is part of the Child Maintance and Enforcement Commission these days.

    The Commissioner is Stephen Geraghty.

The Managing Director of the CSA is Mark Grimshaw. Im fairly certain he can be contacted at Durham House.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.

I meant to say in my post as well that personally I would follow the formal complaints procedure either prior to writing the 'chief executive' (the term you used) or in tandem with doing so.

In addition you may like to write to your MP when the one for your seat is declared.

In addition you could also make contact with your local CAB who can offer advice on CSA, although ive not used them personally as I was able to sort of my csa problems myself.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
When you have a final response from CSA you can also go to Independent
Case Examiner who will look into case on your request and then advise 'financial redress' be paid to you from CSA if appropriate

Thank you all for your replys, but we have already been through the complaints system and won a tribunal we have had most of the money refunded its more about getting compo and just the remaining £100 or so outstanding, unfortunately winning the tribunal doesnt instantlt mean you will get your money back as is it not legally binding! and because we have been to a tribunal the independant complaints will not touch us!
