2% remortgage deals

We wish to re-mortgage with a LTV of just under 50%,however we wish to move in 2 years to trade down to be mortgage free,therefore we are looking for the lowest interest only 2 year fixed deal we can find.
Ive seen lots of online ads for under 2% fixed for first two years but i dont want to fill out online forms unless im happy im dealing fairly high up the food chain,and not just with a lead generating company and pay fees we dont have to.Anyone have any suggestions please?
