Evening all. Have been out for a few drinks and have just got home. OH is in a bad mood as it looks as if the gas cooker is broke. It stays on for a few minutes and then the ignition just seems to cut out. We've had it about 3.5 years already so am a bit wary of paying out to get it fixed. Think we will just have to end up getting a new one. OH not best pleased and saying we need to get an electric one this time. I don't think he really understands that household appliances don't last forever....
Ugh, don't get electric cookers ever, total pain in the bum. It's ok if you want to wait 4 and a half hours for it to warm up :rotfl:
Hope you manage to fix it

My OH has had new patio doors (as other ones are broke) in the garage since we moved in 8 years ago just waiting to be fitted. His previous jobs were window fitting.
I live in hope. Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -

Thanks for that. I've just asked OH but he doesn't seem to think that it is the battery. It seems to ignite but only stays on for a short period of time..... I'm in no way technical so don't have a clue :rotfl: He seems to have calmed down a bit anyway bless him.
If anyone does happen to win a new oven that they don't want PM me please! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:2022 wins include.... £1,000 cheque £150 ASDA gift card £250 Impericon gift voucher £100 cheque £100 of plant bulbs £100 Bower Collective voucher0
