    quick hello from me.

Came home from work early today with a nast migraine & sick bug :( I tried my best to stick it out till end of day but got sent home. :o Just hope it doesnt jepordise my future job prospects in school. Got an interview next week for another postion as my current one is only till end of this term. Fingers crosed for me!

Headpod you must be brave with a rat in the house! I have a fear of rats :o (sorry rat girl)

Snidely, I dont know the difference either, except some are juicier and easier to peel but I never know which ones! Well done for catching up with comps. I've give up on this months, not even started.

Hi kkk, I got a missed call from an unknown number too, twice on mobile & once on phone.

Off to post then early night for me xx Love n' luck everyone ;)

  • Got a phone call tonight. Subscribe to Daily Mail at half price for £10.40 a month for three months and receive £50 M and S voucher. So for £31.20 you get £50. Asked loads of questions and was happy to carry on by direct debit. Apparently voucher comes out after 1 month so direct debit can be cancelled if the offer doesn't suit you!!

    Morning all.

Just been reading the last few days posts on here and hope that today is a good day for all. :)

Monday was the first time I'd comped in a month, and I spent all yesterday doing the comps ending 30th. I still had another 20+ pages to do before I gave up.

Well, here I am at 2.30 am and can't sleep and am too tired for comping. Was woken up about 1.00 am by loud scratchings and when I went downstairs found a rat (as big as a small cat - no joke) sitting in the hallway! He disappeared under the hall table and we (after waking my housemate up screaming) found him sitting immobile under the table in the corner. So, we closed all the downstairs doors, blocked the stairs, opened the front door and moved the table.

And he overcame the blockcade and went upstairs. And we haven't seen him since.

And there's a huge spider on the wall in the lounge.

I'll give David Attenbrough a ring later. :(

Eeeeek headpodd. I hope you managed to get rid of the unwelcome guests. I think we may need to find some rentokil comps for you! I hate spiders. OH always has to get rid of them for me otherwise I end up a complete nervous wreck :o

hope you feel better soon wingo and it shouldn't jeopodise your job at the school. x

Snidely I think satsumas are the easiest to peel, clemantines have pips, mandarins are a bit sweeter than the others and tangerines are across between the mandarin and the orange with pips. I think this is all the right way round. I did used to know but now I'm old I forget lol

hi skippy  be great for you to have a day off work :j

snidely - don't really know the difference myself but clementines tangerines & mandarins taste stronger to me,
    satsumas seem sweeter :D
