I know how it feels, I feel completely exhausted after a session with a counselor etc
That's a good thing tho hun, it's releasing all them emotions which we need to get out.
I'm off to my head doctor (Psychiatrist) on Monday, sessions normally last about 1hr and I'm so pooped I come home to bed!!
It will help hun, I promise. May not make things completely disappear, things never do, but it definitely helps to have someone impartial listen to you xx

I was like that yesterday i spent most of the hour crying and was so drained when i got back (had to go back to work after too) was just exhausted yet didn't sleep too well last night.

My item to collect & pay postage on was junk mail so I have told them to return to sender, let them pay for it not me!

Today I did get something nice in the post though, my 'goody bag' win/not win from last December which I have been chasing for months. Been told it was a genuine mistake - not sure what to think about that yet - and got lots of goodies today PLUS a letter saying more will be coming next month as well. Providing the items turn up next month I think I'll accept it then, not quite what I told I had won but still a nice win anyway. I'll show you pics later x
