Think i'll take kids to park later, back at school monday. I was supposed to be going to Blackpool tomorrow overnight but everyone dropped out now so going to town for a night out. (Not as exciting as Blackpool. )

im not too great at mo, ill again:( trying to relax and keep to myself mainly, went to dr yesterday and have to go back if no better:( oh well, a win today would be nice or for some of my may wins to turn up would be great to cheer me up

lagging behind with comps again, got comps to post but dont feel up to it lately, must catch up with postals today though

kids got long weekend, not back to school til wednesday, they have mon/tues off for some reason, wouldnt mind but they have summer hols in a month!!

hey hun, i am feeling sooo spaced out on the max dose of all my tabs, plus some more extra tablets on top of the ones i already take! Had phsyio last night, my dr told me to take it easy due to how i was suffering with my back pain this week and last so i went but just explained toi my physio and took it easy, shattered today ready for bed!!!
