It's official - I'm crazy :rotfl::rotfl:
Let me explain. Saturdays in our house is full of activities - football club, drama club, dancing club etc etc; before I get time to come on MSE to comp, it's gone past 4p.m. :eek:
Anyway, yesterday (after I come back from all these clubs) I decided to blitz clean the sitting room as it's full of clutter. Whenever my husband tidies up, he moves clutter from one side of the room to another as he doesn't know what to chuck out and daren't face my wrath :rotfl:I decided to clean up properly - I swept, mopped, dusted, recycled magazines/newspapers, filed papers away, put books away, shredded docs, everything. I was quite proud when I'd finished - 4 hours later :eek::eek: and boy, was I knackered, but I thought of all the calories I had burnt so it wasn't so bad :rotfl:
Then my husband ruins it all with one sentence this morning, "You spend hours on the computer and don't care about the state of the house" !!!!!! :eek: :eek: Can he not see all the work I put into tidying up yesterday? :mad: I seethed a bit then decided to do something about it
I emptied all the shredder on to the floor but felt it wasn't enough so I shredded 2 full newspapers and put it everywhere - over the telly, table, radio, everywhere. I put all the clothes I folded and packed neatly away on the floor. The kids are in their element as they are rolling in the shredded paper and getting it into even more corners.
I'll never tidy up again :mad:
And that's my story :rotfl::rotfl:SECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:
If you see it in your mind, you're going to hold it in your hand.
Thoughts become things!
What you think about you bring about!
No one is ready for a thing until he believes he can acquire it.

Mat if I were you I wouldn't go to the gym. I would keep an eye on your old man. Did you know that he turns into a cross dresser whilst he is doing the housework, complete with red bow and red lippy :eek:We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.0
