Yeah, feel less blah thankfully. Got all the in-laws round  Just want to get on with the mounds of posting I have to do but feel rude ignoring them :rotfl:

Full of cold which is a bit poo, but just glad I don't feel like how I did yesterday ;)

It's probably best to increase your dose slowly.

I'm so happy that you are feeling better. :D:D:D

    Bye for now.
It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

The things that triggers it most with me is stress. If I get stressed then within 5 or 10 minutes I'm in agony. It's bloody hard to not get stressed in this house :rotfl:

The mouth ulcers just make me feelrun down more than anything, annoying.

What gets me more than anything is that i will never be cured, that it's going to be like this forever, it's hard to deal with.

Sweetie, I've just read back......and need to say, I really don't know how you cope with looking after a family......I have Crohn's too (and get the mouth ulcers as well, which are horrible :() and just coping with the two of us is all I can manage......I really admire you cos I know just what you are going through :o The "no cure" bit is scary for me too but I am a lot older than you.
Our Granddaughter, Caitlin Freya is now 7 years old :), growing up to be a lovely young lady and our Grandson, Findlay Ewan is 3 years old and still a lovable bundle of mischief :) one of each, how perfect

Hopefully yours will calm down a little soon. You'll have periods where you're ok :) My Mum hasn't had a flare up for 10 years now, before that she suffered every day for about 28 years. My Nan has had it on and off all her life, she'll normally go a few years and be fine and a year or so with a flare up, altho she has been well for a good 4 or 5 years now. So there is a tiny bit of light, which is where I look to when I get really fed up :kisses3:
