Hi all

Just popping in quickly and not had time to read back yet.

I am sooo far behind on my comping and need to go cook some tea very shortly as my dgs is here again tonight.

I think I need all the help I can get as my water bill was wrong when I got it and it gave me an almmighty shock.

The guy was supposed to have read it around a month ago so imagine my shock on opening it - it was DOUBLE the last quarters.

Anyhow I duly wen outside to read it myself. It was full of cobwebs and dirt so you caouln't actually read the damn thing. I cleaned it and took the reading and then got straight on the phone to them. Mind I had to crawl in first as I couldn't get up off the floor.

They are going to send me an amended (corrected) bill.

I'm gonna stand right next to him on the next reading and ask for a double check.

I got a Barry M lipstick to cheer me up today though.
