Have you tried pepper or orange peel crin? You can also buy something (think its called catnip?..unsure) but dont put seaweed down as it kills them.

Hi Crin we got some plants off ebay last year called scardy cat or P!ss off plants - stink like mad and worked a treat round our pond - the cat down the road had 0 fish last year compared to the year before when we didnt have them when it was feasting on our sturgeon and comets.

Worth a try think they cost me approx £5 delivered (small plugs)
