Whenever it goes quiet I always ask myself [a] what have I taken and what has everyone else taken?

If the answer is nothing to both, then I use these rare moments of silence to get on with the jobs I never have time to do. So get off here and go do something boring!! Hehe

Well, I've been quiet because yesterday I chartered a flight to the moon to do a bit of sight seeing, and today I had a shopping spree in Harrods followed by lunch at the Ivy. :rotfl: Or maybe my mates have crashed at mine last two nights on way home so been super tired as been up chatting to them all night!

It does seem to have gone a bit quiet - maybe everyone is away on DFW style camping holidays or having free days out at the park with the kids. Or maybe everyone is just working extra hard, bringing in the cash to pay off those pesky debts!

  • I have spent the majority of my weekend painting - doorframes, woodwork, front door, more doorframes - and then flaking out late last night with a massive paint-fume-induced headache.

Another valuer came on Saturday and valued at a few grand more than the one on Friday, so we are now all-hands-on-deck to get the house ready to put on the market in two weeks - I can't wait. But it does mean that I will stink of magnolia for a fortnight. Also been having too many takeaways as by the time tea time comes I can't be arsed to cook anything, so I need to knock that on the head as it's not in line to my debt-free new lifestyle!
My sig's too large, apparently - so apologies to whoever's space I was taking up.:lipsrseal

I spent the weekend on AQA and only briefly popped in to update my diary and to get the OS pizza dough recipe.

Pizza was a disaster - the dough all went through the holes in the tray.........
  • I was ill so was in bed :( At least I didn't spend anything!

Spent Saturday in B & Q deciding on & buying paint colours for BF's house, then spent Sunday slapping it onto walls!

I didn't spend anything, he did (but let's not worry about that!)
