Tv/dvd with freeview for bedroom

Hi I wanna buy a new Tv for my bedroom, Don't really want anything bigger than 19 inch and havent got more than £150 to spend, would like it with freeview and possibly an integrated dvd if poss, I have seen a 16 inch with freeview and dvd in M+S for £149 with £20 off, have never purchased a department store brand of tv before, is there anyway of knowing if these are any good? any if anyone knows of any other deals I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
