I am now registered in England and took ny details off the NI register months back. Regardless, on Wednesday I got a polling card for Belfast South. Odd.0

You only need your polling card to vote if you are registered as an Anonymous Voter (i.e. neither your name nor address appears on the Register of Electors).
Otherwise you do not need your polling card to vote. Outside NI you do not need any identification either.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Moved here last year. Funny how they get the council tax bill out promptly.0
