I read about statute barred and unenforcibility etc etc, but most refer to England and Scotland. No mention made of Wales or Northern Ireland.
Can anybody please clarify the rules for thses places please?.

wales is the same as england, not sure about NI.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

According to a post in another thread by Rog2 back in 2007, England, Wales and NI are all 6 years for statue barred, although it's not the called the same act in NI.
I think people tend to mention Scotland so much as it is the only 1 that isn't the same as the rest of the UK.
Though more knowledgeable people may have more info on this than I do.0 -
