Boo hoo!!!!
I had two no spend days in a row (Friday & Saturday) and today I have only spent £33 on the weekly main shop.
I was feeling so proud of myself....then....on the way home the car battery light came on and has stayed on.
Waiting for the RAC to come out & diagnose now.....hell!! Is it going to be something simple like dirty battery conenctions or has the bl**dy alternator gone bang?
Watch this space.....
Yours, gutted.

£14 in Tesco today. A few bits were toiletries style though
They had an absolute mass of fruit on sale though. I bought 7 big tubs of organic Blueberries for 40p each. They were £3.99 originally  4 tubs of raspberries for 22p each, lots of organic grapes for 15p and so on. It's all gone in the freezer, so that's my fruit salads for work sorted for the forseeable future. Was well happy about that. The woman I pushed out of the way to get to the reduced stand didn't seem too chuffed though :rotfl:DFW Nerd #104 I :heartpuls my Kittenand my hat :heartpuls

£15.95 on a cd which I'm putting up for OH's birthday, but I had £10.01 left on on a gift card so it really only cost me £5.94 ;-D
98p on a wristband for my 7 year-old cos his baby brother broke his other one yesterday.
And £23.60 yesterday on groceries at Tesco, but then got £9.92 of it back in r+r, so really only spent £13.68.Debt free since December 2015. It can be done0 -
Nothing so far! But going to parents for supper and have to get petrol on route, prob put a fiver in. Went out last night, but only spent a tenner, plus £42 on babysitter, but my friend gave me a fiver towards babysitter as I gave her a lift home, which was really kind of her. This week hoping to go really cheap, away fri sat sun with work so need no funds for that, and DS is staying at Gparents so no food for him. Hes at nursery tues weds thurs and they provide all meals so going to try and not go to tesco at all this week!
Glad car is ok, hoperfully fan belt will keep going for a bit longer.
