Just been to the Tesco deals page and see they'll be offering deals with XL Airways soon.

Will have to go and find some more extra points vouchers - for a nearly free holiday next year

Not really a clubcard deal but if you type tesco into the promotion code box on XL.com you get a £20 discount per person on flights

The XL site has all the details of the scheme, it seems just the same as all of the other holiday deals apart from XL are generally cheaper!

HOW TO USE YOUR CLUBCARD DEALS TOKENS FOR FLIGHT ONLY BOOKINGS
Choose where you want to go and when by looking on https://www.xl.com . To book your flight only, you must call XL.com on the number below. Bookings must be made at least 21 days before the date you wish to travel. However, all flights are subject to availability, so please book as far in advance as possible. Bookings must be made directly with the XL.com Call Centre. Bookings made through a Travel Agent or through our website will be invalid.

Your Clubcard Deal Tokens cannot be used against applicable taxes and surcharges, flight upgrades, travel insurance, pre bookable seats or any other optional extras.

Please inform the Reservations Consultant that you are using Deal Tokens to pay for all or part of your flight(s) so that they know how to manage your booking.

Deal Token(s) may only be used by the Clubcard Holder (whose name is printed on the Tokens) However there can be more than one named Token per booking as long as that person(s) is travelling too. Tokens cannot be given as gifts.

The Reservations Consultant will take your booking details, confirm your reservation and provide you with a booking reference. Please write your booking reference on your Deal(s) Tokens and send them to XL.com to the address as below.

On receipt of your Clubcard Deal Tokens, XL.com will process your booking and send you a “Confirmation Invoice”. Tickets will be sent to you by post 2 weeks before your flight holiday departs.

After using your Deal Tokens, any balance outstanding on your chosen flight may be paid for by credit or debit card. Details of these will be taken at the time of booking.

I'm sorry, this is o/t, but could anyone tell me the rough minimum a very unfussy punter would have to save up in clubcard tokens in order to get a free holiday? I don't get masses of points every mailing, but on the other hand, i'm going back to uni soon, and money will be super tight, so if it was at all possible to save enough within a couple of years, i'd love to have a go!

£150 worth of tescos would probably get you a £300 holiday each, bearing in mind that you will have to pay an extra £100 to cover the taxes and surcharges!!
