  • I also managed to get one of the Philips Shoqbox's for £10. Wasn't sure if it was something that I really needed but at that price I just couldn't resist. Couple of weeks later and I wish I got a couple more - it's so portable and ideal for taking on holiday. Just load up your favorite tracks and away you go!

Which Boots store did you get yours from Bedshaped ?;)

  • Still a few bargains to be found.
I got a 1gb sony nw-e407 mp3 walkman for a tenner yesterday (last one they had).
It was even marked up as a tenner in the display cabinet.
The cheapest one on Kelkoo is £83.94, so I'm well pleased.

    Walsall Park Street.

I also forgot to say that it wasn't indicated anywhere that they were down to £10, the price tag in the glass cabinet where they were displayed was still £79.99 and I had to ask the SA to get one out and scan it for me.(I just had a feeling it would be a tenner -kids wouldn't believe me until they saw it with their own eyes - they hate when I mention Boots normally but yesterday they we're asking when we can go Bootsing again!)

They still have a quite a few Ipod accessories left but nothing really major on the electrical section (only non reduced Ipods).

The lovely (yes she was very helpful!!) SA commented about the reductions a few weeks ago on the PS2's DS's and Xboxes and said they did have quite a few which were mostly snapped up by staff, and she was gutted cos she was off when it happened and didn't manage to get anything.

They also had loads of hair stuff reduced but mostly were still in crates at the back of the store by the photo section. Some of the Fructis stuff was marked down to just 30p!! I couldn't justify buying any even at that price as I have a stash of Toni & Guy to get through from the glitch on the 1L bottles a few months back.

As far as I know they only had the 2 that were on display so I got one each for my children.
