panasonic bm - Favourite loaf from it??

Options
I have just ordered a panasonic bm (the sd253) and would like to know from those of you who have this machine what your favourite loaf from it is. Many thanks

Old age isn't bad when you consider the alternative.

the five seeded loaf, fruit loaf, ciabatta (sp) granary and wholemeal! I tend not to make the same loaf twice in a row but to keep it varied!

The only one that was not perfect was the one I forgot to add water to (not recommended!!).

    Enjoy!

Our 'daily' loaf is the wholemeal, butI add sunflower and pumpkin seed, and sometimes flax seed, and then set it for wholemeal raisin bake (seeds in the dispenser).
One of our favourtie loaves is the 'malted' loaf. Not squidgy like 'malt' loaf, but all the flavour. I've changed the recipie to wholemeal instead of white flour and so bake it on wholemeal. Cheese sarnies made with this are divine!
For cakes I have never needed to go beyond the 'banana bread' that I found on here. I believe it was posted by Thistledown.

Don't forget when it arrives that the panasonic recipies come out better if you use 20ml less water than they say.
Hope you enjoy your new toy!

Mine's an older Panasonic so might have a different book but our daily loaf is the white and rye loaf minus the caraway and milk powder and with oil instead of butter
