Shared equity - declined Mortgage

Options
Looking for a bit of advice, we have been allocated a New Build Shared Equity Property, and looking to take out a 64% share on the property, however we were declined for a Mortgage today with Halifax due to 3 problems with our credit files:eek: - 1 being a late payment on a credit card which the CC company have admited was not actually late (I have now paid the card outright), 2 credit searched done recently for Car Finance (which was successful) and finally a Mobile Network charging us for something we were not aware of, and this has subsequently gone onto record as being missed payment, however this was cleared once we were aware of it, even though the mobile network has charged us without our knowledge, and assured us that this would have been cleared off our records by now.
Im hoping someone can help us with the following:
1. Where else to try for a Shared Equity mortgage
2. How to sort out the situation with the Mobile network charging us and preventing us getting a mortgage (we have gone down the compalin route and gotten no-where)

All advice appreciated, thanks :T
