Does anyone have a complaints email or address I can use ?

I asked today, and I was told the email or letter I send in using the addresses on the website will go to one of the advisors in the centre and they are just not helping me right now.

To cut a long story short, they mess me about every single month with my payment, ex has a DOE, it never gets paid on time, his employers hold it up to the 14th then send it, and the CSA hang onto it for three weeks at a time, they sent me a payment schedule saying the payment would be in on the 5th of each month, but it's up to a month late at times.

I have complained to the staff, and managers at the centre, but no one seems to be helping me.

I need to call in every month or else nothing will be done

They have promised me on several occasions that an advisor will check the account each month and call me, but no one ever does !

I have had to call them every single day since the 19th this month and no one seems to be able to help.

Thanks in advance.

  • I can't imagine his employers do it maliciously, having just had a full statement, and knowing exactly when my employers send the funds over it seems to take at least 2 weeks from being sent to the CSA allocating it to the account, then it takes them a couple more weeks to pay it over
 I've paid the CSA off and stopped them taking payments:beer:
I'm stillowed some arrears by my ex

I was a NRP, now I'm a PWC, partner of a PWC, and parent of a PWC ( and very confused at times )

It's more the fact that it seems to be sitting in their account from the 14th. They have paid it into my account a few times on the 19th, and they are hanging onto it the rest of the time, no one knows what they are doing, and I need to keep calling in every month, it wasn't really about the employers tbh, it was more the CSA themselves.

    Thanks for replying.

hi i have exactly the same problem my payments are due on the 19th and they dont seem to hit the csa system until the end of the month for some reason then unless i ring up everyday it takes another 3 weeks to get them to pay it out to me.....they recd this months payment last week...i rang up on monday and asked them to pay it out to me cos its clerical it has to be done manually they said yeah i will release it today and u will rec in 3 to 5 days...i rang yesterday to double check and they said they cant release it until today so they can hold onto it for a week for absolutely no reason...i have to ring every month to see if they have recieved the payment and then again to try and get them to pay my money to me i recently sent in my phone bills for the last 3 months which totalled £40 which they say will be reimbursed but i wont hold my breath lol....the amount they have recd from the employers they told me is a lot higher than they usually pay me i questioned this and they said the finance on my case has to be reworked due to my exes change of circumstances so i said is this because there are arrears due to the change of circ and they said no the employer would not have been told about that yet as i have not worked out a schedule...so i am being paid a larger amount this month but they will not tell me what period it is for or even if i am due to rec it......his advice was to spend only what i usually recieve in case they ask for it back...i am already £600 in debt because of their !!!! ups to say they are useless is an understatement..

    Same problem here too!

Only advice I can offer is 'don't rely on the money'. I know that is easier said than done, but from recent experience of 3 missing payments, I can say it's not 100% certain that a payment via a DEO will reach the PWC even if it has been paid by the NRP.

Oh, and keep making the phone calls and sending in complaint letters, it works for me :p (but takes a long time, of course).
