My new venture *** update***

morning all!
Things are going great recently. When I joined MSE i owed nearly £10,500.00 I was on income support with no hope of finding a job that would let me have the time off i needed to with four young children and my third son who is disabled and a baby, childcare just wasnt available, so for a long time I have been trying to find a way to get back to work but working from home so I can be available for my children and no expensive childcare in the holidays.
Thanks to a very good friend (you know who you are, mwah!;) ), next month I will be coming off income support and starting my new business. This means that I can be at home full time with my children and work too! Lots of planning and research have gone into this so I'm not going in blind. Also this is being set up without any borrowing.
This means a better life for me and the children and fingers crossed a nearer DFD! For those of you who remember, my eldest child came out of school early May, he has decided to start back at a new school in September and my youngest is starting nursery! We are still working hard to batter down the debt, every week brings us a little bit closer. I am stronger and more positive than ever.
My only concern was the length of time tax credits would take to sort out my claim. However, I have all the paperwork here ready to send off asap so hopefully it wont take too long.
Once all the money is sorted out and i know whats coming in, I should be in a position to calculate a new DFD, at the moment i estimate being able to move it forward to January 2007!!!!
Just wanted to let you guys know whats going on....wish me luck:)

Good luck with your new venture! I'm trying to start a business myself, and its hard work, quite nerve-wracking too. I hope one day to be in your position and starting up for real.
