Full HD TV'S

Hi.

Can anyone help me with a good deal on a full hd 37-42* please. (would prefer 40 or 42" if in our price range. :)

Or post me a link to the tv forum (I'm sure I saw one ages ago,but can't find it now) please.

Thankyou. :D

  • I don't know what your price range is but we just got a 42" Zenith from Sears. It was a floor model but still works just as good. We paid $439 at the time, I'm not sure if they still have the same deals but you might want to check it out. The floor models are the best way to go I think, they are alot cheaper.

Here's a 42 inch that was listed on hotukdeals yesterday.

Failing that have a look through hotukdeals other listings.

to the op would help if you gave a max spend no point in looking finding one for say £500 and you can only afford £400 also havent said if you want plasma, lcd, led or 3d tv
bare in mind the price effect prob in same sort of order also above listed and as to your user name if you have young kids plasmas back of can get quite hot as well unless they are not being able to get near it at all because you may wall mount it.

    BTW, what is your budget?

If you have the money the new Panasonic TX-P42G20B is supposed to be very good.

Thankyou all for your replies.

Yes sorry should have put our budget :o
We can go up to £500 (as we will need to buy a stand as well)

We are not very tech. minded,so very open to any advice. lcd/led? for example.

Thanks Basil1234 for saying about the plazmas getting so hot didn't know that,I'm not at all bothered about it being a 3d one.

And is Full hd the way to go rather than hd ready please.

Our tv at present is the really old 'fat backed' type one.So have only very basic knwledge of whats around now. :)
