I brought some silicon muffin moulds from Morrisons yesterday. And rather than 12 small muffins it's for 6 large ones. (They had an extra large muffin mould there as well)
So will I need to adjust the cooking times at all? I normally use this recipe.

I use the recipe from the Tightwad Gazette and just double up on cups of milk, flour etc.
Using a mug is actually easier than weighing everything."This site is addictive!"

I would follow the recipe as normal but allow a bit extra cooking time since they are bigger. Start with 5 mins and use a skewer or something to test for doneness, if it comes out clean they're done. Add anoter few mins if they're not.0
