I came across this site while searching for a pregnancy test and I'm totally blown away by just how cheap it is.

I've got myself an account now as they offer loyalty reward points too when you spend with them.
Just thought I would share that with you.

2 for £1 in Poundland. Don't think they come any cheaper and there's no postage to pay either.
It's only a game

I would suggest that there is a link between price and accuracy. My wife went through a number of the Poundland tests when she conceived, but all came up negative. The Clearblue digital, which I think cost in the region of £30 for two (may be mistaken) confirmed the pregnancy.0 -

Can't agree with you about the reliability of the cheaper ones. When a friend suggested I do a test a couple of years back I was only a week late, I couldn't believe the first four tests so bought more. After 10 positive tests (no negative tests) I was able to accept the fact I was pregnant - yippee!!!!! Total cost £5 - well that was just for the tests, how much do they reckon kids cost these days.....RainbowLiberty0 -
oh dear, i hope they are accurate!!!Ellie

It also depends on what time of day you use them, with my first pregnancy i did a clearblue in the afternoon and it came up negative the next morning i did a boots own brand one and it came up positive, this time i used asda's own which were £3.50 for 2.0

Do I have to test with my first morning urine (FMU)? Not necessarily. In general, FMU is the most concentrated urine of the day and thus more likely to have built up more hCG in it. If you are testing early (before 14 DPO), the HPT is more likely to detect the hCG in your FMU. After 14 DPO there should be enough hCG to be detected at any time of day. Some women have better luck with second morning urine (SMU.) A good rule of thumb: hold your pee for 3-4 hours (and drink as little as possible!) Then pee in a cup. If your urine looks nice and yellow, it's concentrated enough for testing (see FAQ 16 below for more info on peeing in cups vs. peeing on sticks.) If it looks diluted, dump it and try again later.

well i was 21 days past ov and it still came up negative so its not completely true that it works for everyone, my friend didn't manage to get a positive until she was 12 weeks pregnant and had to have a blood test done to test her pregnancy.0
