Alway here but not always posting!
Many thanks to all you regualar mse posters, have got lots of tips.
Last week I felt like I had fallen off the wagon, but i think it was the lack of checking up on the total picture of where my money was that was the problem.! Plus OH major summer BBQ took my spare pennies. £130 instead of £60 for the week was the killer- but I got squiffy and thoroughly enjoyed it(ps it was for at least 35 people at my house - god help the cream carpets!!)
Anyway this week - back on the mse and my fridge and freezer are full and OH is in Blackpool with my holiday money (oh my god!!! - He's hoping the lap dancin isn't going to cost the earth!!). It better NOT is all I can say - if not his birthday money will amount to nothing cause I'm not coughing up.
On the positive we have bought another house and are eight weeks into a 12 week development with hopefully and £10k profit -yeh half way to debt freedom - downside OH doesn't know about £4000 loan I have which I want to pay off with house profits.
Anyways thanks for everyones help. Need to sort out SOA and post to get some feedback since last time.
Best wishes .................Bomber!!!

Hey there!
I was slightly shocked to hear you were having worries about being able to afford a birthday then suddenly reading you paid for ANOTHER house! Hehe
Sounds like you have more cash flow issues than debt issues? If you have any useful material on cash flow issues that you come across I'd be glad if you'd kindly share it with me!
Hope your new projects works out for you! That's some good profit!
Amos
