help with finding a cake marker/shop in manchester area

can any one rec a cake maker in rochdale,oldham or manchester area
ive just read another :money:post about transporting a cake and theres a link on there for a lady who makes lovely cakes at bargain prices but she too far :(

    There's Slattery's in Whitefield....they make the most amazing cakes ever (had my 21st and brother's 18th from there, they'll make whatever design you want) though they're definitely not cheap. They teach students on site and you can through the window as they're making cakes, it's great! They also have a dining room for lunch etc.

    thanks hun,ive just been into asda and there cakes r nice but they only had fruit for all 3 tiers
    bargain tho at less then £40
    but i would perfer a cake to b made and delivered

    Aww a few months down the line and I might have offered to do it for you! Not quite good enough yet though! :)

    I know a few people that do cakes round this sort of area though, i'll try and find some details for you :)

    They are doing a three tier stacked for me, with some piping & artificial roses on it. We are paying £139 for it as we need to feed more people and the piping costs more, Give her a ring, she is really nice :)
