Hi All,

I remember another MSE posting on a link to a website that allowed the user to input their postcode which in turn gave an approximate value of the property, does anyone know the name of the website?

Thanks in advance.

If you click through the links you get the estimated property value in early 2005. It's a reasonable guide to relative values of properties (add 10 - 20 % for today's value).
The nationwide has a calculator. http://www.nationwide.co.uk/hpi/calculator.asp

My understanding is that it keeps track of things you have looked at already. So, at first, it wont tell you a lot. Maybe there is a way to get it to talk to the 'community'?
