Yes, same here. Ordered a free book with free delivery on Tuesday. Today on my daughter's account the photobook is free but not the delivery.

my wife and i have ordered one each. at first, we didn't get the free book credit. at the basket stage, however, we just used the live chat and they checked our accounts and credited us straight away.i think they check thru the links you've used. we also used the free delivery with no problems

ask them thru the live chat about the delivery, as the site says till midnight tonight. there's nothing to lose and they seem very helpful, with no fuss.

I was not able to use the free delivery code, when done live chat I was told that I cant use the code in conjunction with free book.

I think it is depends on the person who is chatting. But I'm still happy for the price I paid.

Very impressed with my free book, didn't bother with the free delivery as it didn't seem to work.

Will certainly be ordering another in the future as I think its a great way to preserve those special photos in an easy to view way.

could anyone help with the amount of pages-trying to get my brothers to send pics of their kids for a family book for my dads birthday - not sure how many to ask them for ? thansk

The book is 26 pages, you have different layouts to choose , per page you could have 5 and more pics , depends on how you want to create.
