Just hoping somebody may be in a position to assist.
We currently have a nationwide mortgage and are on BMR of 2.5%. We are looking at moving to a larger house and extending our mortgage.
Are we able to port our BMR mortgage? I assume the additional borrowing will be on a new rate.
Any asssistance is most appreciated.
Kind Regards

Yes subject to meeting criteria (it will be treated as a new application - income/credit check etc etc)0
