Best pre-paid cards (credit/debit-style)

Ok, please advise, what is the current best value pre-paid debit/credit card, preferably VISA. I don't want charges/fees to access what is essestially my own money, but I'd like VISA. Thanks:j

I know it's in the travel section, but have you looked at Martin's article on pre-paid cards?

The o2 prepaid visa is your best bet in that case, its free to get and free to use. But you do need a debit card to load it with unless you opt for the one with the lower loading limit , you can pay cash at paypoint on that one.
