Anyone who tried to withdraw the £10 without actually gambling it, their account was automatically suspended.
You had to actually play something, ie bingo, scratchcards etc, using the whole £10, and any winnings you made from this, if they were worth more than £10 you could withdraw. If they were less than £10, you could carry on playing hoping to win enough to withdraw.0 -
