Is there any way you can increase your income, that is very low? Also are you entitled to any benefits? WOuld help if you gave a bit more info, are you renting etc, and what are your bills for utilities?

You are missing a lot from your SOA:
rent
bills, i.e. elec, water, gas, council tax
TV licence
landline bill
internet
clothes/haircuts
entertainment/going out
contents insurance?
Are you paying PPI on any of the debts?
Do you have any savings/investments?
Are you living with your parents (hence the no rent/council tax bills?)
What are the outstanding balances and APR on your debts?
Can you increase your income at all?0
