Soft cheese frosting advice please
Comments
-
I have made a carrot cake today and want to make the frosting, if I use cream cheese as per most recipes, will I have to keep the whole thing in the fridge afterwards? How long will it keep for if I don't? I don't expect it will last long anyway but I do need it to last until tomorrow, but I want to to ice it today.
Thanks

Hi choccyface,
If you're going to make it today it would probably be best kept in the fridge. If kept chilled it should be fine for a few days.
There's an earlier thread on carrot cake frosting:

I'll add your thread to that one later to keep the replies together.
