Ipod touch - Argos +£30 voucher & free kit worth £49.99 ends 4th May

Argos are doing a special offer until 4th May where you get an extra £20 Argos voucher when you buy an ipod touch - on top of the current offer of a £10 voucher when you spend £100 (both offers end 4th May).

To get the £20 voucher you need to click through from the Argos home page and print out the voucher - only valid for in-store collection I think.

There are also various other offers on the ipod touch - select the offers tab to look at them.

Offer 4 is:
Free iPod Touch 3G Luxury Pack (524/0999) when you buy selected iPod Touch. To receive this offer, add both items to your trolley. Offer ends 18th May 2010.

Other offers include half price speakers.

Worth noting that you can't purchase the iPod on this offer using gift vouchers or a gift card.

Additionally, it might be worth amending the thread title as it suggests you get both the vouchers and the gift pack.

I was looking at this offer earlier, from what I understand you can get BOTH the vouchers and the gift pack, eg £149.99 for ipod and luxury pack (free)and you will then receive £30 of vouchers.

No need to amend the thread. I have just collected my ipod touch 8GB (for my son's birthday) and have got the free accessory pack AND the two sets of vouchers worth £30. I don't know where you got the idea that you can't get both - that was the whole point of my post!

Thanks, got one reserved also for my son's birthday, was looking for 8gb ipod touch a while back and no decent deals, glad I held off now. Great deal, Ipod Touch, Luxury Pack and £30 Vouchers (think I'll buy Itunes with these)

Thanks for this. I've fancied an iPhone for ages now, but I just don't use a mobile enough to justify the expense, so have recently been looking at the iPod Touch or waiting for the new iPad, and decided this morning that the iPod was the way to go. So have just reserved one and shall pick it up this afternoon. Thanks!

Just a reminder that the voucher offer (both the £10 and the extra £20 for ipods) ends on 4th May.

The cases in the Luxury packs are not compatable with the Ipod Touch, the earphones can't be used unless you take the Ipod out of the cases, even though one of the cases is for use when jogging.
Bought three Ipods on Sunday, took them back, the store manager agreed they were useless but have yet to get any offer of replacement.

I havent used mine yet, but would be interested to see how Argos deal with it as technically the freebie is worth £49.99, so would they be willing to exchange for accessories for that amount?
