Is there such a thing as 'genuine' Von Dutch anyway?

Wasn't the brand invented purely for Chav culture????

No it was invented for truckers. Then it got taken over by the rich and famous of Hollywood and seemed to make its way over here last year into this year, although it is on the way out now.

And to see them in a pound shop for £1 - no doubt making the poundshop money in the process, just shows how cheap and crap they really are (compared to the usual price tag).

Obviously they made loads and loads of these - now noone wants them and they can't sell them for £60 when they only cost maybe 50p or less to make.

I took one look at the quality and craftmanship of the cap and it is pretty clear they are real.
Poundland is a reputable company thus would not sell counterfeit goods.
Like an earlier post said the factory that churns these out have realised they are no longer in fashion so has to flog their surplus stock off cheaply.
Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

Exactly, as soon as Paris Hilton etc stop wearing it you have a problem getting rid of them, hence the poundshop jumping on them.
